The work of CTO/ATA/LA is often manifested through performance. It reflects the futuristic side, the dreams and schemes of our membership.

We recognize, define, or encourage a strain of theatrical expression that uses activism, political awareness, and liberatory theatre techniques that go beyond the container of workshops and theory and into the practice of performance. Groups beyond the immediate membership of CTO/ATA/LA who might wish to acquire skills, space, facilitating, or artistic advice would be able to appeal to this group for:

-Sponsorship
-Production advice/facilitation
-In-service teaching
-Consultation

It will also serve as a channel for those within the membership to make theatrical work that speaks to the issues that CTO/ATA/LA finds trenchant and interesting to explore in ways that blend the concerns of liberatory work with the theatrical inclinations of its membership.
